目的 :探讨DNA定量分析在非小细胞肺癌化疗中的作用。方法 :90例非小细胞肺癌患者应用MVC方案治疗 ,化疗前采用流式细胞仪测定其细胞DNA含量。结果 :DNA含量为异倍体者 49例 ,二倍体 41例 ,高S期百分比者 31例 ,低S期百分比者 5 9例 ,化疗总有效率为 46 7% ,其中异倍体肿瘤化疗有效率为 5 7 1% ,二倍体者有效率为 34 1% ,两者相比较差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高S期百分比者化疗有效率为 74 2 % ,低S期百分比者有效率为 32 2 % ,两者相比较差异同样具有显著性 (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 :非小细胞肺癌异倍体者或高S期百分比者对化疗更为敏感 ,化疗前细胞DNA定量分析对非小细胞肺癌化疗的选择具有指导价值
Objective: To investigate the role of DNA quantitative analysis in chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Ninety patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with MVC regimen, and the DNA content of cells was measured by flow cytometry before chemotherapy. Results: DNA content was aneuploid in 49 cases, diploid in 41 cases, high S-phase percentage in 31 cases, low S-phase percentage in 59 cases, the total effective rate of chemotherapy was 46.7%, of which aneuploid tumor chemotherapy The effective rate was 51.71%, diploid effective rate was 34.1%, the difference between the two was significant (P <0 05); high S percentage of the rate of chemotherapy was 74 2%, low S The effective rate was 32.2%, the difference between the two was also significant (P <0 0 05). CONCLUSIONS: Aneuploidy or high percentage of S-phase patients with NSCLC are more sensitive to chemotherapy and DNA quantification before chemotherapy is of guiding value in the choice of chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer
