开放大学是实现全民终身学习和学习型社会建设的重要途径,依托远程教育发展开放大学已经成为很多国家教育发展的战略抉择。本文从对国内外开放大学发展现状的比较中,揭示建设中国特色开放大学应当关注的若干问题。
Open University is an important way to realize lifelong learning and learning-oriented society. To develop an open university by relying on distance education has become a strategic choice for education development in many countries.
