2009年10月20日至23日,“第十五届京津沪渝电大协作会暨两岸开放教育交流会”在天津赛象酒店召开,参加本次会议的有来自北京、天津、上海、重庆4所直辖市电大和亚洲(澳门)国际公开大学、台湾空中大学的41名代表,中央电大党委书记阮智勇、国际远程开放教育理事会(ICDE)秘书长卡尔.霍姆伯格博士、欧洲远程电子学习网络协会副主席马蒂娜.维多教授应邀出席会议。本次会议的主题是“终身教育背景下两岸开放大学的发展与合作”。上海电大副校长陈信、北京电大校长胡晓松、重庆电大党委书记刘建生、澳门公开大学校长颜泽贤、台湾空中大学教学媒体处处长陈达武、天津电大校长冯雪飞分别作了题为“终身教育背景下上海电视大学的创新发展”、“开放促变革,合作谋发展,对北京电大发展的思考”、“抢抓机遇加强合作促进两岸四地远程教育新发展”、“终身教育视野中的澳门高等教育思考”、“两岸远程教育合作方案之探讨——以台湾空中大学与天津广播电视大学学术交流合作为例”、“天津电大发展情况与今后工作的若干思考”的专题报告。与会代表就共同关心的直辖市电大的发展趋势,开放大学建设,推进校际资源共享、课程共建、非学历教育政策和资源交流等方面的实质性合作,以及协作会的会议周期、成员组成等方面的问题,充分交换意见,并达成广泛共识。本刊现将专题报告公开发表,以飨读者,并用以表明对电大教育进一步深化改革和远程教育事业的合作与发展的持续关注。
From October 20 to 23, 2009, the 15th Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai-Chongqing R & D Collaboration Conference and Cross-Strait Open Education Exchange Meeting was held in Tianjin Sai Xiang Hotel. Participants of this conference included from Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai , 41 public representatives of TVU and Asia (Macau) International Open University in Chongqing Municipality, 41 representatives of National Taiwan University of the Air, Ruan Zhiyong, secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Radio & TV University, Dr. Carl Holmberger, secretary general of the International Open Distance Education Council (ICDE) Professor Martina Vito, vice president of the Association for Remote E-Learning, was invited to attend the conference. The theme of this meeting is “Development and Cooperation of Open Universities Under the Lifelong Education.” Chen Xinyu, director of the Teaching Media Office of Taiwan’s UTSU, and Feng Xuefei, president of Tianjin Radio Television University gave speeches entitled “Life-long Education in Shanghai,” Chen Xin, Vice President of Shanghai TV University, Hu Xiaosong, President of Beijing TV University, Liu Jiansheng, Party Secretary of Chongqing Radio & TV University, Innovation and Development of TV University “, ” Open and Promote Change, Cooperate for Development, Reflections on the Development of Beijing TV University “” Seize the Opportunity to Strengthen Cooperation and Promote New Development of Distance Education in Four Sides of Taiwan “, ” Perspective of Lifelong Education In the “Higher Education in Macao ”, “Cross-Strait Distance Education Cooperation Program --Taiwan Air University and Tianjin Radio and Television University academic exchange and cooperation as an example ”, “Tianjin TV development and future work of a number of ”Thematic reports. The delegates discussed the development trend of radio and TV universities, the opening up of universities, the promotion of inter-school resources sharing, curriculum co-construction, non-diplomacy education policy and resource exchange, as well as the meeting cycle, membership and other aspects We have fully exchanged opinions and reached broad consensus.
