环孢素（ＣｓＡ）明显提高了移植肾的近期存活率，但未能改善其长期存活率。慢性环孢素肾毒性（ＣｓＡ－ＮＴ）是否影响移植肾长期存活率存有争议。本文就慢性ＣｓＡ－ＮＴ的发生及其发展等方面的研究近况进行综述。
Cyclosporine (CsA) significantly increased the recent survival of renal allografts, but failed to improve its long-term survival. Whether chronic cyclosporine nephrotoxicity (CsA-NT) affects long-term graft survival is controversial. This review summarizes the recent advances in the development and progression of chronic CsA-NT.
