本文介绍了电脑程控定速降温机的特点和性能。在研制中为了提高低温保存生物样品的存活率,采取一些独特的措施。试验结果证明本机能满足生物样品低温保存研究的需要,所记录的降温性能曲线与国外同类产品相比表明:本机已达到或超过国外水平。
This article describes the characteristics and performance of computer programmable speed cooling machine. In the development of biological samples in order to improve the survival rate of cryogenic preservation, to take some unique measures. The test results show that the machine can meet the needs of cryogenic preservation of biological samples, and the recorded cooling performance curves show that the machine has reached or exceeded the level of foreign countries compared with similar foreign products.
