Membrane-associated protein (MCP) is a cell-associated complement regulatory protein that has both the C3b / C4b binding activity and the factor I ancillary activity. To explore the expression of MCP in tumor neutrophils, the authors used monoclonal antibodies to investigate the relationship between complement regulatory protein levels and C3 deposition sensitivity in different tumor cell lines.
