针对Al-Fe_2O_3铝热体系,采用SiO_2和ZrO_2作为添加剂,利用自蔓延高温合成技术制备了SHS复合钢板,研究了钢中添加10%的ZrO_2和2%、4%、6%、8%的SiO_2对复合钢板组织及性能的影响。SEM观察发现复合层表面晶粒排布致密,结合能谱分析可知,陶瓷层中含有Fe单质;XRD分析表明,陶瓷层的主要组成相有α-Al2O3、FeAl_2O_4、Al_2SiO_5和ZrO_2等;添加2%的SiO_2和10%的ZrO_2的复合钢板陶瓷层孔隙率和界面剪切强度分别达到10.3%和10.2 MPa,比未添加时的试样分别降低和提高了23.7%和36%。
In the Al-Fe 2 O 3 aluminum thermal system, SHS composite steel sheets were prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis using SiO 2 and ZrO 2 as additives. SEM observation showed that the crystal grains on the surface of the composite layer were densely arranged, and the combination of energy spectrum analysis showed that the ceramic layer contained Fe. The XRD analysis showed that the main components of the ceramic layer were α-Al2O3, FeAl 2 O 4, Al 2 SiO 5 and ZrO 2. The porosity and the interfacial shear strength of the composite ceramic plate with Si02 and 10% ZrO2 are respectively 10.3% and 10.2 MPa, which are respectively 23.7% and 36% lower than those of the non-added sample.
