以3D-Kagome点阵夹芯板为研究对象,采用Anycasting软件对A356合金点阵夹芯板的低压熔模铸造过程进行数值模拟,研究了浇注系统及主要的工艺参数对A356合金点阵夹芯板成形的影响,并在此基础上进行了工艺优化。结果表明,随着浇注温度提高,金属液的充型能力增加,缺陷减少,但当温度超过770℃时,缩松、缩孔缺陷有增加的趋势。通过模拟计算,确定了点阵夹芯板最佳浇注工艺:浇注温度为770℃,型壳预热温度为200℃,充型速度为40mm/s,并将模拟试验结果进行试验验证,表明该工艺切实可行。
