我国正处于经济转型重要时期,而且各行业都在积极进行改革。而随着医疗体系改革进程不断深入,卫生人事管理的环境也同以往的管理环境有所不同。而思想政治工作是人事管理中关键的环节,只有确保单位职工具有正面的思想政治基础才能够保证整个组织的稳健发展。本文从卫生人事管理思想政治工作角度出发,探析其本质与作用,同时提出卫生人事管理思想政治工作的优化路径。
Our country is in an important period of economic restructuring, and various industries are making active reforms. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system, the environment for health personnel management is also different from the previous management environment. However, ideological and political work is a key link in personnel management. Only by ensuring that workers and staff of the unit have a positive ideological and political foundation can we ensure the steady development of the entire organization. This paper, from the perspective of the ideological and political work of health personnel management, analyzes its essence and function, and at the same time puts forward the optimization path of the ideological and political work of health personnel management.
