四川省天风证券经纪有限责任公司:你公司《关于增资扩股的申请》(天风证券[2002]032号)、《关于增资扩股的补充申请》(天风证券[2003]001号)、《关于公司名称变更的申请》(天风证券[2003]002号)及相关材料收悉。经审核,现批复如下:一、同意你公司增资扩股的方案。二、同意你公司更名为“四川省天风证券有限责任公司”。三、同意你公司注册资本由7 700万元人民币增至60 876万元人民币。四、核准以下新增持股5%以上单位的股东资格及出资额(老股东为增加出资):

Approved, are approved as follows: First, agree to your company plans to increase their investment. Second, agree that your company changed its name to “Sichuan Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd.”. Third, we agree that your company’s registered capital will increase from 77 million yuan to 608.76 million yuan. IV. To approve the shareholder qualifications and capital contributions of the following units newly holding more than 5% of the total shares (the old shareholders will increase the capital contribution):
