2009年6月29日,中共中央党校国际战略所就“金融危机对国际格局的影响”展开研讨。参加会议的人员有来自商务部美大司的何宁司长,江西省农村信用社联合社党委书记肖四如书记,国际关系学院著名美国问题专家张敏谦教授以及中共共中央党校国际战略研究所的专家们。议题分为两大部分,分别是“世界金融危机与国际经济格局的新变化”和“世界金融危机与国际政治格局的新变化”。在这两大议题之下,专家们主要围绕以下三个问题展开研讨:1、国际货币体系的改革问题;2、对美国实力地位的判断问题;3、中国在金融危机之下的战略应对问题。
On June 29, 2009, the International Strategy School of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee held a discussion on the impact of the financial crisis on the international situation. He Ning, director of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Xiao Shuru, party secretary of Jiangxi Rural Credit Cooperatives, Zhang Minqian, a famous American expert on international relations, and experts from the International Institute of Strategic Studies of the CPC Central Party School attended the meeting. . The topic is divided into two parts, namely “the new changes in the global financial crisis and the international economic pattern” and “the new changes in the global financial crisis and the international political pattern.” Under these two topics, the experts mainly discuss the following three issues: 1. The reform of the international monetary system; 2. The judgments on the strength of the United States; 3. The strategic response to the financial crisis of China .
