目前我国火电施工企业存在的主要问题:市场竞争的参与意识不强,企业管理手段落后,人才短缺严重,科技水平偏低,来自地方、国外施工企业的压力增加。为了提高火电施工企业的竞争实力,建议火电施工企业从管理创新、科技创新、开拓市场、创精品工程等方面实施新的发展战略,以适应电力工业发展的新形势。
At present, the main problems of China’s thermal power construction enterprises are: the lack of awareness of participation in the market competition, the backward management of enterprises, the serious shortage of talents, the low level of science and technology, and the pressure from local and overseas construction enterprises. In order to improve the competitive strength of thermal power construction enterprises, it is suggested that thermal power construction enterprises should implement new development strategies from management innovation, scientific and technological innovation, market development and quality engineering to meet the new situation of power industry development.
