针对环形毛坯闭式模锻为圆柱直齿轮的中空分流锻造成形新工艺,采用塑性理论中的主应力法建立了变形体内应力状态分析模型,进而基于分流面内、外两个环形变形区内作用于分流面上径向应力相等的原理,导出了关键尺寸参数的理论计算公式;通过应用实例表明了理论计算的可行性和实用价值。
Aiming at the new technology of hollow shunt forging forming of closed ring forging cylindrical spur gear, the stress state analysis model of deformation body is established by the principal stress method in plastic theory. Based on the action of the two annular deformation zones in the shunt plane, The principle of radial stress on the shunt surface is equal, and the theoretical formula of the key dimension parameters is deduced. The feasibility and practical value of the theoretical calculation are demonstrated through the application examples.
