我矿选矿厂磁滑轮投产后,矿石被磁化而产生剩磁,致使磨矿分级作业及选别作业受到影响,技术指标严重恶化,磁滑轮不能正常使用,发挥不了增产节能的作用。为解决这个问题,我矿选矿厂自制了块矿脱磁器用于细碎作业前消除块矿剩磁。经使用获得了比较满意的脱磁效果。现将应用于生产中的情况简述如下。
