通过对黑龙江省1941~1995年期间生产上主要推广的172个大豆品种蛋白质和脂肪含量分析,结果表明:蛋白质含量平均值为40.10%,变幅为35.31%~46.02%,变异系数为6.08%。脂肪含量平均值为20.57%,变幅为16.38%~23.40%,变异系数为6.56%。蛋白质和脂肪含量总和平均值为60.67%,变幅为54.00%~66.50%,变异系数为3.46%;大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量及双项之和不同地区间存在着差异,并且蛋白质含量和双项之和随着纬度的变化由高至低有递增的趋势。
Through the analysis of protein and fat content of 172 soybean varieties mainly promoted in Heilongjiang Province from 1941 to 1995, the results showed that the average content of protein was 40.10% and the amplitude was 35.31% ~ 46.02% The coefficient of variation was 6.08%.
