通过对黑龙江省１９４１～１９９５年期间生产上主要推广的１７２个大豆品种蛋白质和脂肪含量分析，结果表明：蛋白质含量平均值为４０．１０％，变幅为３５．３１％～４６．０２％，变异系数为６．０８％。脂肪含量平均值为２０．５７％，变幅为１６．３８％～２３．４０％，变异系数为６．５６％。蛋白质和脂肪含量总和平均值为６０．６７％，变幅为５４．００％～６６．５０％，变异系数为３．４６％；大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量及双项之和不同地区间存在着差异，并且蛋白质含量和双项之和随着纬度的变化由高至低有递增的趋势。
