目前生产的空气锤,锤杆的导向均采用对称两条平面及对称两条弧面的结构。这种导向结构有以下缺点:气缸磨损快;锤杆及导程的使用寿命短(在两班制正常生产情况下,约为6～8年);大修周期短。
The current production of air hammer, hammer rod guide both symmetrical two planes and symmetrical two arc structure. This guide structure has the following shortcomings: cylinder wear fast; hammer and lead life is short (two shifts normal production, about 6 to 8 years); overhaul cycle is short.
