内膜肿癌的发生日有增加,用宫颈-阴道涂片来诊断内膜病变不够理想,本文报道一种直接向宫腔内取内膜作涂片的方法。Milan-Markley 方法常规使用于739例病人中,(1143标本)作为门诊试验得到的结果是值得作进一步研究的。方法:1) 双合诊检查子宫的大小,形状及位置。除外妊娠及盆腔炎症。2) 作巴氏涂片,清洁宫颈及探子宫腔。3) 将螺旋杆置入宫腔内,旋转10次。4) 将标本用压板片取下,均匀地涂于 Dakin 玻片
The incidence of endometrial cancer has increased day by day, with cervical - vaginal smear to diagnose endometrial lesions is not ideal, this article reports a method directly to the uterine endometrium for smear. The Milan-Markley method is routinely used in 739 patients and (1143 specimens) as a result of an out-patient trial warrants further study. Methods: 1) double check the size of the uterus, shape and location. Excluding pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease. 2) for Pap smear, clean the cervix and probe the uterine cavity. 3) The screw into the uterine cavity, rotating 10 times. 4) Remove the specimen from the platen and spread evenly over the Dakin slide
