3月28日,广东省社工委发布《2013年广东深化社会体制改革工作要点》,提出38个改革项目,为推进全省社会体制改革提供“菜单”式指引。38项“菜单”在理顺政府各部门对社会组织的监管职责、公共服务政策接受公众评议、让居委会回归自治功能等方面提出了新的制度设计。
On March 28, the Guangdong Provincial Committee of Social Work released the “Guangdong Deepening Social Security Reform Work Points in 2013” and proposed 38 reform projects to provide “menu” guidelines for promoting social system reform in the province. 38 items “Menu ” put forward a new system design in terms of straightening out the regulatory responsibilities of various government departments to social organizations, accepting public comments on public service policies and allowing the neighborhood committees to return to autonomy.
