为了解决由煤层采动和重载车辆导致的路基砂土大变形问题,依据三轴压缩试验,研究了4种纤维长度和4种纤维掺量下砂土的强度和抗变形能力。结果表明:纤维土的应力-应变关系近似呈双曲线关系,主要破坏形式为鼓胀破坏;纤维土的力学性能随纤维掺量和长度的增加而增大,但对内摩擦角影响很小。最后在试验基础上通过1st Opt进行多因素回归分析得到黏聚力与纤维长度和掺量的拟合公式,并通过与实测值比较,认为其能够满足工程需要。
In order to solve the large deformation of roadbed sand caused by coal mining and heavy vehicles, according to triaxial compression test, the strength and anti-deformation ability of sand under four kinds of fiber length and four kinds of fiber content were studied. The results show that the stress-strain relationship of fiber soil is approximately hyperbolic, and the main failure mode is bulging failure. The mechanical properties of fiber soil increase with the increase of fiber content and length, but have little effect on the internal friction angle. Finally, based on the experiment, 1st Opt was used to carry out multi-factor regression analysis to get the fitting formula of cohesion and fiber length and dosage, and compared with the measured value, it is considered that it can meet the engineering needs.
