看了一些公开课,深感中小学体育课的质量正在迅速恢复,有的课可以说上出了新水平,看后受益非浅。但也发现有些教师对课的结束部分不够重视,整理活动的时间过短。据我所测的十三项课的情况看: 而且整理活动的内容单调,多数只是注意到肌肉的放松,走走步、甩甩臂、槌槌腿等,而对学生其他生理、心理机能的恢复很不重视,因此我们所看的课有一半以上在下课三分钟后测定学生的脉搏还在130次/分钟。有一节课,基本部分作了四十米迎面接力练习,(每人跑八次,最高心率达240次/分,)跑完后只作了28″的放松练习就下课了,
