近年来,旅游业蓬勃发展。旅游人数逐年增加。据了解2005年头十个月入境外国旅游者已达1696.28万人次,入境过夜旅游者3907万人次,增长13.64%同比增长22.56%在国内旋游方面,中国已拥有世界上规模最大旅游市场,2004年中国国内旅游人数达11亿人次,国内旅游收入4711亿元,约合567亿美元,国内旅游收入已占中国旅游总收八的67%元。据报道云南丽江仅今年夏天就接待了400多万游客。可以说今年又是一个好年,这给旅游产品、包括旅游纪念品的设计和开发带来了超呼想象的机会。 通常人们说的旅游产品、包括旅游纪念品,一般是指在社会商品中以旅游者为销费对象的那部分商品,比如表现某时某地山川地理、风俗人情的各类财质的手工艺品、具有浓烈的地方特色的土产小吃等等。
