深部真菌是一类可以引起人类条件性致病的病原体,常见的致病真菌包括念珠菌属、曲霉属、隐球菌属、青霉属、孢子丝菌属等。深部真菌能发挥其致病性与毒力因子的作用密不可分。研究发现真菌毒力因子的作用常与促进病原体与宿主细胞黏附,形态转换以逃避宿主免疫系统的攻击,分泌一些色素类化合物以保护其在环境中生存,增加病原菌对抗真菌药物的耐药性等有关。文中对几种具有代表性的深部条件致病真菌毒力因素的研究进展作一综述。
Deep fungi are a group of pathogens that cause opportunistic pathogenic conditions in humans. Common pathogenic fungi include Candida, Aspergillus, Cryptococcus, Penicillium and Sporotrichum. Deep fungi can exert their pathogenicity and virulence factors are inseparable. The study found that fungal virulence factors often play an important role in promoting the adhesion of pathogens and host cells, morphological transformation to evade host immune system attack, excretion of some pigment compounds to protect their survival in the environment and increase the resistance of pathogens to antifungal agents related. In this paper, the progress of several representative virulence factors of pathogenic fungi in deep conditions is reviewed.
