目的:评价手术室护理配合路径应用于手术室低年资护士专业素质培养的效果。方法:医院手术室低年资护理人员40人,针对性接受手术室护理配合路径,并与未实施护理配合路径前进行对比,评价其对于提高护理人员专业素质的作用。结果:护理路径实施后的专科理论知识、专科护理质量评分及满意率明显优于护理前(P<0.05)。结论:手术室低年资护士接受手术室护理配合路径,可显著提高护理人员的护理专业素质及手术室医生护理满意率。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of operating room nursing cooperation path on the cultivation of professional qualities of nurses with low seniority in operating theaters. Methods: Forty patients with low seniority in the operating room of the hospital were enrolled in this study. They were compared with the path of nursing in the operating room and were compared with those before the path of nursing. The evaluation of their effect on improving the professional quality of nursing staff was evaluated. Results: After the implementation of nursing route, the theoretical knowledge of specialty, the quality of specialty nursing and the satisfaction rate were significantly better than those before nursing (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The operating room nurses with low seniority can accept the path of operation room nursing, which can significantly improve the quality of nursing staff’s nursing specialty and the satisfaction rate of operating room doctors.
