采用粉末冶金方法制备了不同二硫化钼质量分数的二硫化钼-铜-镀铜石墨(A组)复合材料和二硫化钼-铜-石墨(B组)复合材料,在自制的磨损试验装置上考察两组复合材料机械磨损和载流磨损性能。结果表明,加入2%(质量分数)的二硫化钼,可使两类复合材料在机械磨损和载流磨损的磨损量减小;并且二硫化钼-铜-镀铜石墨复合材料在机械磨损和载流磨损时,磨损量均比二硫化钼-铜-石墨复合材料小,耐磨性好;在载流磨损条件下,两组复合材料的磨损量比其机械磨损量大,且正刷磨损量比负刷磨损量大。
The molybdenum disulfide-copper-copper-coated graphite (group A) and molybdenum disulfide-copper-graphite (group B) composites with different molybdenum disulfide content were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The mechanical wear and current-carrying properties of the two composites were investigated. The results show that adding 2% (mass fraction) molybdenum disulfide can reduce the wear of both composites in mechanical wear and current-carrying wear, and the wear resistance of molybdenum disulfide-copper- The wear loss of the two composite materials is smaller than that of the molybdenum disulfide-copper-graphite composite and the wear resistance is good under the condition of current-carrying wear. The wear volume of the two composite materials is larger than that of the mechanical wear, Larger than the negative brush wear.
