现就预激综合征14例临床经过与心电图检查分析如下: 资料来源:自1974～1984年间诊断为预激综合征共14例,年龄自生后17天到13岁,男9例,女5例。一般资料:本组中,不满1岁者5例,1～6岁2例,6～13岁7例。根据心前导联QRS形态,将典型WPW综合征分为A、B两型,本组中A型7例.男女为6:1,B型6例,男女比例为2:1.变异型WPW综合征1例。本组病例合并风湿性心脏病、风湿热、新生儿肺炎、肠炎、上感、肝脓肿、肝脾肿大及原因不明各1例,心肌炎6例。合并阵发性室上性心动过速7
