小儿重症肝炎常于短期内出现肝功能衰竭及其他严重并发症,是目前急、慢性肝炎的主要死亡原因。现将我院于1973～1986年收治小儿重症肝炎中死亡的24例,就严重并发症和死亡原因等问题,分析如下。
Severe hepatitis in children often appear in the short term liver failure and other serious complications, is the leading cause of death of acute and chronic hepatitis. Now in our hospital from 1973 to 1986 admitted to the treatment of severe hepatitis in children died of 24 cases of serious complications and the causes of death and other issues are analyzed as follows.
