目的探讨内镜下热极治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者临床疗效。方法对68例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果本组68例患者中有66例患者经热极治疗即时止血成功,无再发出血,止血效果显著,无明显并发症发生。结论内镜下热极治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血不仅提高了急诊止血成功率,并且方法安全可靠易行,可降低患者死亡率,减少再出血,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic hot electrode in the treatment of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Sixty-six of 68 patients in this study were treated with hot-gas therapy and had immediate hemostasis. There was no recurrence of hemorrhage and significant hemostatic effect with no obvious complication. Conclusion The treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with endodontic hot electrode not only enhances the success rate of emergency hemostasis, but also is safe, reliable and easy to reduce the mortality, reduce the rebleeding and improve the quality of life of patients.
