集体备课是通过发挥备课组的群体力量,互取所长,提高教学质量的一种行之有效的教管手段。集体备课是教师成长的沃土,是优质教育资源的放大器,是课改下全面提高教学质量的要求,是课程资源开发的需要,因此,要充分发挥集体备课在学校教学管理中的作用。本文阐述了集体备课制的作用,并从若干方面,具体剖析了集体备课制的实施。
Collective lesson preparation is a kind of effective teaching method that can improve the teaching quality by exerting the group strength of lesson preparation group, mutual attraction. Collective lesson planning is a fertile ground for teachers’ growth. It is an amplifier of high-quality educational resources. It is a requirement of improving teaching quality under the condition of curriculum reform. It is also a need of curriculum resources development. Therefore, we should give full play to the role of collective lesson planning in school teaching management. This article elaborated the function of the collective lesson planning system and analyzed the implementation of the collective lesson preparation system from several aspects.
