我部炉前分析测定钢中磷采用高速分析方法,对于碳素钢,一般合金钢,以及不含钨的高合金钢,均能准确及时地配合冶炼生产。然而对于含钨钢中磷的分析,则未能满足生产要求,主要是钨的沉淀问题未能加以解决。因此,我们对含钨钢进行了一些试验,改进了溶样过程,使该方法也能适用于含钨钢中磷的分析。经过生产实践,证明本方法能有效地将钨隐蔽,分析结果准确,再现性良好,适用于含钨钢中磷的炉前分析。
Analysis and determination of phosphorus in the furnace before the use of high-speed steel analysis method, for carbon steel, alloy steel, and non-tungsten high alloy steel, can accurately and timely with the smelting production. However, the analysis of phosphorus in tungsten-containing steel failed to meet the production requirements, mainly because the problem of precipitation of tungsten failed to be solved. Therefore, we conducted some experiments on tungsten-containing steels to improve the sample-dissolving process, making the method suitable for the analysis of phosphorus in tungsten-containing steels. After the production practice, it is proved that the method can effectively hide the tungsten, the analysis result is accurate, the reproducibility is good, and the method is suitable for the furnace front analysis of phosphorus in the tungsten steel.
