教学过程是一个复杂的过程,影响课堂教学效率的因素很多,有教师的素质和教学的情况,有学生的素质和学习的情况,有学校的物质条件和校貌、班风等情况。笔者根据自己的实践教学谈谈几点看法,与同行交流,使自己更能提高。一、做好课前的充分准备俗话说:“知己知彼,百战不殆。”我们的教学活动也是如此,根据教学大纲的要求和教学目标,结合教参及自己学生的实际情况,教师在课前应该做到:(1)备教材:明确教材的重点、难点、深度、广度,掌握好知识的形成过程。(2)备学生:了解学生的知识基础和认知、情感、技能的
