This study was to investigate the effects of intraperitoneal injection of different doses of HPD on lysosomal membrane and T, B lymphocytes of peripheral blood lymphocytes in normal mice. Peripheral blood lymphocytes ACP activity as a marker of changes in lysosomal membrane permeability of lymphocytes. The results showed that a large dose and sub-small doses of intraperitoneal injection of HPD 1,3,7 days after the emergence of varying degrees of ACP “0” type of percentage increase, that ACP activity decreased. This indicates that intraperitoneal injection of HPD on normal mouse peripheral blood lymphocytes lysosomal membrane permeability no significant damage. In the former case, the percentage of T lymphocytes was obviously decreased and the percentage of B lymphocytes decreased to zero. In the latter case, the percentage of T and B lymphocytes also decreased. The percentage of B lymphocytes was negatively correlated with the dose of HPD injection.
