本文研究了丹参、VC和盐酸培他啶注射液与706代血浆的混合输液中各组分的稳定性。实验表明,混合液的pH和各成分的含量均没有发生变化。药理实验表明,混合液延长小鼠在减压缺氧条件下的存活时间比丹参注射液稍长。这些结果指出,这三种药物在混合输液中没有发生配伍变化,可以配伍应用。
In this paper, we studied the stability of each component in the mixed infusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza, VC and traititine hydrochloride injection and 706 generations of plasma. Experiments show that the pH of the mixture and the content of each component have not changed. Pharmacological experiments show that the mixture of prolonged survival of mice under hypobaric hypoxia survival time slightly longer than Salvia injection. These results indicate that these three drugs in the mixed infusion did not occur compatibility changes, compatibility can be applied.
