本文根据条纹扫描干涉原理提出了齿轮齿面形状的非接触测量方法,并对实际齿面进行了测量实验,给出了齿面的误差分布。
In this paper, a non-contact measurement method of gear tooth surface shape is proposed according to the principle of fringe scanning interference. The actual tooth surface is measured and the error distribution of tooth surface is given.
