社会管理主体的多元化推动了公共管理的发展,新的社会组织随着我国政府机构改革的推进,越来越多地参与到公共管理之中。在其发挥积极作用的同时,也还存在非营利组织营利化、非政府组织政府化、公益组织非公益化及影响力不强的问题。为此在借鉴西方非政府组织在公共管理中的经验的同时,我国新的社会组织要想在公共管理中深化其作用发挥,还要在完善自身建设和优化外部环境建设方面继续努力。
The diversification of the main body of social management has promoted the development of public administration. As the reform of government agencies in our country advances, new social organizations are increasingly involved in public administration. While it plays an active role, it also has the problems of for-profit of non-profit organizations, government of non-governmental organizations, non-public benefit of non-profit organizations, and weak influence. Therefore, while drawing lessons from the experience of western non-governmental organizations in public administration, the new social organizations in our country want to deepen their role in public administration and continue to work hard in perfecting self-construction and optimizing external environment construction.
