文化是民族的鲜明特征,文化和谐是民族团结的主要表现,文化认同是文化和谐的前提。高校通过民族团结教育,在理论上以马克思主义文化观为基础,培养各族学生的文化鉴别力和文化自觉意识;在实践上利用文化资源促进健康有益的民间文化和风俗习惯的相互认同,从而利于民族地区政治稳定、经济发展和文化繁荣。

Culture is a distinctive feature of the nation. Cultural harmony is the main manifestation of national unity. Cultural identity is the precondition of cultural harmony. Through national unity education, colleges and universities, based on the Marxist cultural concept in theory, cultivate the cultural discrimination and cultural awareness of students of all ethnic groups. In practice, they use cultural resources to promote the mutual recognition of healthy and beneficial folk culture and customs, and thus It is conducive to political stability, economic development and cultural prosperity in minority areas.
