我队在丹东风化残余型高岭土矿区的钻探施工中,初期采用双层双动钻具钻进。一个月施工了两个浅孔,孔深均为20米左右,因工程质量差而报废。随后根据高岭土矿层特点,确定选用冲击钻进方法,来解决钻探施工取心问题。经过两年多施工七个矿段,共打了963个钻孔,完成了13267米工作量,平均台效1720米,每米材料成本5.24元,优质孔率达98.2%,矿层采取率达98%以上。生产效果表明,冲击钻进优于回转钻进,现将使用情况介绍如下。
My team in Dandong weathered residual kaolin mining construction, the initial double-action drilling with double drilling.
