【目的】弥补中国近现代水利科技期刊鲜有研究,当代与近现代水利科技期刊关联问题似未见文献论及的缺陷。【方法】对现存近现代和当代水利科技期刊、有关水利史志文集以及CNKI和期刊检索数据库等文献进行考证、统计、对比和综合分析,总结近现代水利科技期刊概况及其传播和影响。提出源流期刊的概念,探讨当代和近现代水利科技期刊有无关联的问题。【结果】当代水利科技期刊对近现代水利科技期刊在办刊历史、涵盖水利分支学科、论著的深广度、学术和社会影响以及总体水平诸方面有所传承和重要发展。有较深厚历史积淀的当代水利科技期刊,学术和社会影响较大。证实源流期刊等近现代水利科技期刊确系当代水利科技期刊的根脉。【结论】对根脉的传承和发展,体现了当代水利科技期刊对历史和对科学的尊重,有助于提升其总体水平。
【Aim】 There are few studies to make up for the modern Chinese journal of water conservancy science and technology. There seems to be no shortcoming in the literature about the connection between modern and contemporary sci-tech periodicals. 【Method】 The textual research, statistics, comparison and comprehensive analysis of existing papers on modern and contemporary water science and technology periodicals, water conservancy history anthologies and CNKI and periodical search databases were summarized and the general situation of modern water science and technology periodicals and their spread and influence were summarized. Put forward the concept of source journals to explore the contemporary and modern water science and technology journals whether or not related issues. 【Result】 Contemporary water science and technology journals have inherited and developed important modern science and technology journals of journal of modern science and technology in its running history, covering the discipline of water conservancy, the breadth, academic and social impact, and general level of its works. The contemporary water science and technology journals with more profound historical accumulation have a greater academic and social impact. Confirmed that the source journals and other modern water science and technology journals is the root of contemporary water science and technology journals. 【Conclusion】 The inheritance and development of root veins embodies the respect of history and science to contemporary water science and technology journals and helps to improve their overall standard.
