本研究采用一日龄罗曼(Lohnmann)肉鸡144只,随机分为三组,分别饲以淀粉和蛋清粉为主的不同含锌量的半合成日粮。Ⅰ组含锌量为9PPm(缺锌组),Ⅱ组24PPm 和Ⅲ组69PPm(对照组)。对各组进行各周龄的全血和血浆中锌含量的测定,同时对羽毛用普通光学显微镜和电子扫描显微镜进行观察研究和拍摄。发现第二周龄时即见到缺锌组雏鸡羽毛生长迟于其它Ⅱ、Ⅲ组。三周龄时则明显可见翼羽折损、脱落,羽茎中部的羽枝脱落,且有串珠样结节。微量元素 Se、Ca、Fe、Co、Mn 等缺乏或维生素的不足,迄今没发现呈现这些羽毛缺损特徵症状。并经用岛津原子吸收分光光度计分析其Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组含锌量,分别为34.05、67.36和85.93PPm。羽锌和血浆锌的相关关系显著(P<0.05)。据此认为,雏鸡羽毛缺损可作为早期诊断雏鸡缺锌的最简便指标。这将有利于广大城乡工厂化养禽业的兴起及其健康的发展。
In this study, 144 single-day-old Lohnmann broilers were randomly divided into three groups, fed semisynthetic diets containing different amounts of zinc, mainly starch and egg white. The zinc content of group Ⅰ was 9PPm (zinc deficiency group), group Ⅱ (24PPm) and group Ⅲ (69PPm) (control group). The determination of zinc content in whole blood and plasma of each week of age was carried out for each group, and the feathers were observed and photographed by ordinary light microscope and electron scanning microscope. Found that the second week of age that zinc deficiency group to see chicken feathers growth later than other Ⅱ, Ⅲ group. At the age of three weeks, it is obvious that the wing feather is damaged, peeled off, the feather of the middle part of the feather stem is exfoliated, and there are beaded nodules. The lack of trace elements such as Se, Ca, Fe, Co, Mn, etc., or lack of vitamins, so far found no symptoms of these feather defects. The content of zinc in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 34.05, 67.36 and 85.93 ppm respectively by Shimadzu atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Feather zinc and plasma zinc correlation was significant (P <0.05). Accordingly, the chick feather defect can be used as early diagnosis of zinc deficiency in chickens the easiest indicator. This will be beneficial to the rise of the industrialized poultry industry in urban and rural areas and its healthy development.
