为满足新形势下育龄群众对计生药具服务的需求,真正做到以人为本、服务群众,山东省高密市从药具管理基础工作入手,狠抓避孕药具三级网络建设,健全了以市计划生育服务站为中心,镇(街、区)计生办为枢纽,社区、村居为网点的避孕药具服务体系,受到群众欢迎。强化市计划生育服务站的管理职能。制定周密的药具购调计划,积极组织货源,保持供应渠道畅通,做到及时发放;定期深入基层调研,通过听汇报、看账表、看现场、查记录、发问卷、座谈讨论等方法,进行检查督导;加强宣传指导,利用人口学校、婚育指导室、发放明白纸、设置咨询热线和流动宣传车进村入户等方式引导育龄群众学习、了解避孕药具科普知识,增强生殖保健意识。
