目的观察三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液配制及其在体温计消毒盒内稳定性。方法通过纸片快速测定法,对三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶解方法及其水溶液稳定性进行了检测。结果该三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片每片标示有效氯含量为500 mg。将其2片一次直接投入装有1 000 ml蒸馏水玻璃容器中,静置不动最长溶解时间为17 min,借助外力摇动最长溶解时间为15 min。分别在液面下1 cm、液体中间两侧位置和中心点测定,有效氯含量均为1 000 mg/L。体温计消毒盒内放入20~30支体温计,室温下92 h后测定,溶液中有效氯含量<1 000 mg/L。结论该泡腾片溶解时加外力摇动可加快溶解时间,浸泡体温计在室温下可使用时间<92 h。
