对某厂φ550×3轧机机组轧制负荷进行了现场实测,并根据实测结果,剖析了现场生产状况,分析了断辊频繁原因,并为正确选用理论公式进行力能计算提供了科学的依据。
The rolling load of a φ550 × 3 rolling mill unit in a factory was measured on site. According to the measured results, the production status of the mill was analyzed. The frequent reasons of the broken roller were analyzed. And the scientific basis was provided for the correct selection of the theoretical formula.
