我们厂每年要为炼油厂加工大量的主风机、汽压机、大电机、高压水泵等设备上的巴氏合金轴瓦,轴瓦的制造质量除机加工保证外,巴氏合金浇注质量是一个关键。我们从实践中逐步总结经验,设计了一套保证轴瓦浇注质量的工装,如图所示,操作方法是: 将挂完锡的半块瓦坯竖放在工装上,调好瓦口垫片,顶紧V型块,合金从中间孔口浇入,由底部流入瓦腔,采用了这套手工浇注工装后,浇注质量大大提高,并具有以下五个优点:
