2006年,上海市在区县、乡镇两级人大代表换届选举中推出了『选民登记信息化』工作。有人评价,手工登记向电子化、数字化、网络化登记的新跨越,不仅仅是登记形式的转变,更是现代民主选举理念的创新。
In 2006, Shanghai launched “voter registration informationization” at the general election of district, county and township people’s congresses. Some people have commented that the new leap from manual registration to electronic registration, digitization and network registration is not only a change in registration form, but also an innovation in the concept of modern democratic election.
