白肋烟是典型的晾烟 ,调制过程在特定的晾房中进行 ,历时 5 6d ,在此过程中 ,淀粉酶、淀粉、可溶性总糖、还原糖都随晾制进程而下降、随叶位升高而增添 ,且彼此的动态相关联 .淀粉酶活性降幅较快的时间在晾制的3~ 6d ,比淀粉含量下降较快的时间稍有滞后 ,它的消长规律还与叶片含水率变化正相关 .晾制结束时 ,上、中、下各叶位淀粉、可溶性总糖、还原糖含量均在优质白肋烟适宜化学成分指标范围内 ,证实当地现行生产技术规范切实可行 .
