整个高中的教学模式发生巨大的变化,教师的教学观念与学生的学习方式有了很大的改变,很多老师已经开始意识到了以往教学模式,会严重影响学生身心的发展,尤其是限制了学生思维能力的发展。而探究模式能在很大程度上培养学生自主学习兴趣。下面是我在这几年的教学过程中对新模式下地理教学工作的认识和反思。一、师生参与程度空前提高新教学模式要求教师由传统的知识传授者转变为学生学习的组织者。
