4月 1—3日,河南省水产工作会议在濮阳市召开。会议传达了全国农业工作、全国渔业工作会议精神;组织学习了国务院批转“农业部关于进一步加快渔业发展的意见”文件;总结1996年全省水产工作并对1997年的工作作了研究部署。李日旭副厅长参加了会议,并作了题为“认真落实国务院‘通知’精神,进一步加快河南渔业发展”的重要讲话。
April 1-3, Henan Province, aquaculture conference held in Puyang City. The meeting conveyed the national agricultural work and the spirit of the National Fisheries Work Conference; organized and studied the document “Forward Opinions of the Ministry of Agriculture on Further Accelerating Fisheries Development” circulated and reviewed by the State Council; summarized the work of the province’s aquatic products in 1996 and made research and deployment on the work in 1997. Deputy Director Li Ri Xu attended the meeting and made an important speech entitled “Seriously Implementing the State Council’s Circular, Further Accelerating the Development of Henan Fisheries”.
