肌强直性瞳孔(Adie 氏瞳孔)为罕见的眼病,据文献报导,无特殊疗法。我科试用针刺及中药治疗,效果良好,现报导如下:病例刘××,女性,24岁,已婚,58年11月24日入院。主诉:右眼瞳孔扩大,两眼视力减退已四个月。现在史:患者在本年7月24日体检时,发现两眼视力不好,8月初至县卫生院求诊,医生发现右眼瞳孔扩大,在此以前有头痛,曾服中药20余剂无效,而头痛日渐增剧,视力亦明显减
