As the kitchen and toilet plumbing facilities have neglected the physical phenomenon of condensation in the implementation, some losses that should not occur have been caused. There are many reasons for this. In terms of buildings, most of the formal new buildings are designed according to the requirements of the code. The construction is well handled, the management is used properly, and generally fewer problems occur. Some renovation and expansion projects, more of which were originally built without the sanitation facilities in the dwellings, were added later. They often attached importance to function and decoration, and some even had no protection against building condensation.
