近几年来,我国矿业发展很快,尤其是乡镇集体和个体采矿犹如雨后春笋,蓬勃兴起。它的发展为我国四化建设、改变农村落后面貌,帮助农民脱贫致富起到了积极的作用。但是,由于有法不依,采矿活动不受法律约束,任意开采,乱采滥挖的现象极为普遍。便国家宝贵的矿产资源遭到严重破坏,浪费惊人,损失巨大。
In recent years, China’s mining industry has developed rapidly, especially the township collective and individual mining like springing up and flourishing. Its development has played a positive role in building the four modernizations in our country, changing the rural backwardness and helping farmers to get out of poverty. However, due to the fact that the law is not adhered to, the mining activities are not subject to the law, and the indiscriminate exploitation and indiscriminate mining are extremely common. So precious mineral resources of the country have been seriously damaged, astonishing waste, huge loss.
