Since 2008, under the impact of the financial tsunami sweeping the world, the world’s telecom industry have come to the bottom one after another. However, the Indian telecom industry continued its rapid growth in the face of adversity, showing a potential for development and a brilliant rookie. According to the latest statistics released by the Central Bureau of Statistics of India, the communications industry in India will increase by 8.3% in FY09 (April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010), not only higher than the previous fiscal year The increase will also be higher than the average increase of the national economy in the same period. Obviously, this increase will also be much higher than that of its Chinese counterparts, indicating that India is replacing China as one of the most important growth engines in the world telecommunications industry. However, it is not only limited to this. Along with the rare high growth of India’s communications industry, there is unprecedented fierce market competition and the acceleration of the internationalization process, and India has also been sluggish on the 3G issues of concern.
